Although it’s not clear from the written description, this item is in fact a 2-pack of replacement heads for Braun Cross Action toothbrushes. What you get in the package resembles the product photo. It’s a great value, and the tool that’s included makes the job easy.

The Cross action tooth brush head is a very good product. I can’t find the replacements in any store here in my area, so I was happy to find them at Amazon.com.

|Exactly what it says,
I have a hard time finding these replacement brush heads in stores, so I’m glad I found them on Amazon and for less money than in most stores. It comes with the 2 replacement heads and the tool needed to change them out. The package that was sent was noted as “soft” bristles although I usually get them as “medium” but works fine for me.
